u-5.cc creates short addresses that redirect to a longer address you provide. The service is free and requires no account. You may use it for any lawful purpose.
Do not shorten addresses that lead to malware, phishing pages, or material that is illegal where it is hosted. Do not use automated tools to create links in bulk beyond the limits shown on the site. Links that break these rules are removed without notice.
The service is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will be available or that a link will continue to work. Do not use it for anything that matters if it stops working.
For each link we store the destination address, the short ending, the date it was created, any expiry date or use limit you set, and a count of how many times it was opened. We do not store names, email addresses, or anything else that identifies you.
Our servers keep short-lived request logs for security and for counting clicks. These logs are deleted on a rolling basis and are not sold or shared.
The site sets no cookies and includes no third-party analytics or advertising code.
To report a link or ask for one to be removed, write to abuse@u-5.cc with the full short address.
